Following the birth of our son my husband and I found ourselves needing to reach out for help and support with his care, specifically overnight, as my medical condition post labour was not ideal for quite some time. We wanted to find someone who was knowledgeable, an expert with babies who we could trust and depend on, and who we felt would have our sons best interest at heart. Amy was approachable, kind and very easy to work with from the very beginning. She is flexible, honest, and works with what you and your family need. It has been a blessing and Godsend for us to have Amy in our lives and it very much feels like she is now a part of our family. Her gentle way and kindness is exactly what we needed and because of her we were able to sleep better and focus on the healing we both needed while she provided excellent care for our son. I can not recommend enough Amy’s doula support which not only provided for our son but also extended to us both. Her emotional guidance, advice, expertise and calm presence has been a pillar of the most important time of our lives. We truly appreciate Amy and would recommend her and doula support in a heart beat. It’s the best decision we made so far in this journey of parenthood.
