Testimonial for Jaime Lewis
Asking Jaime to be our doula was one of the best decisions we made during our pregnancy. Being first-time parents with no family in town or friends that have had children, we knew that we would need some extra support leading up to the birth and especially during labor.
Jaime was very down to earth and always readily available to answer questions or talk through decisions before our due date. The two home visits before our due daye were great and made us feel much more acquainted.
Unfortunately we weren't able to labor at home, but Jaime was there at the hospital with us from the very beginning of labor until we welcomed our baby. We don't know how we could have made it through the labor pains without the comfort measures she provided and also taught my husband. Even having a second person there to just talk to or to tag my husband out when he needed to rest was amazing. She never imposed her views on us and was there to talk us through some pretty tough decisions.
We are so thankful for Jaime and would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula!
