Having Noliko as a birth doula was one of the best decision we made in preparing us for the labor and delivery.
She provided both an emotional and physical (prenatal massage and counter-pressuring my hip during contractions) support, which was really helpful for our family especially because this was my firth baby and I wanted support in my mother tongue, Japanese. Noliko also made it possible for my husband, in-law and me to fully experience the labor and delivery process by providing us warm guidance on how my husband can take a role and support me.
