My pregnancy was not planned and even before it happened, I already talked and learned a lot with my friend Clara. From the moment I found myself pregnant I was welcomed, cared for and advised by her. Always giving me tips to be a healthy, calm, safe and confident pregnant woman. I had a very peaceful pregnancy and much of that tranquility is due to Clara's guidance. Regarding food, emotions and mainly reassuring me about childbirth. At all times she reminded me of how much childbirth is a natural, healthy process and that we women are prepared for it. When the big day came, Clara was there, beside me, giving me strength and tranquility. At Helena's first breastfeeding I had her presence knowing and loving by my side. So it was also in the first days and months, whenever a question arose, there she was guiding me in person or by phone. Today Helena is four years old and I count on Clara's help.
