Gabrielle worked for us regularly (usually 27 hours per week) from when my son was 11 months old until he was 18 months old. We were very lucky to have her. Gabrielle is very responsible and knowledgable and she taught us a lot about taking care of our little one. She taught our son baby sign language, which improved our communication with him greatly. She clearly gave attention and consideration to his developmental needs and initiated activities for him such as taking him to the library and suggesting developmentally appropriate toys.
