Nathalie is a one of a kind person. From our first meeting with her, she made us feel very comfortable and guided us through all the process for the baby delivery. She is a very organized and detail-oriented doula. It's worth mentioning that she was very accommodating to our situation, as well. The fact that she knew most of the hospital staff and had a good relation with everybody there, stood out to us. She always returned our calls promptly and paid attention to everything we wanted to ask or needed her advice on. All we can say is that, if we decide to have a second child, we will DEFINITELY tell Nathalie to be our doula again! That's how professional and trustworthy she is.
