I highly recommend Steph as a doula! She was warm, supportive, and knowledgeable - her different hypno tools and bag of tricks made me feel so much calmer as my due date approached. She was highly flexible in terms of what role we needed her to play. My labour was a long one that took turns I didnt anticipate and it was great to have her there to offer new things to try and to keep our spirits up. She supported our choices and helped it to be a positive experience despite some special circumstances we didnt anticipate. She is a cool person and fun to spend time with - which is awesome during a long labour! I had to convince my partner we should spend the money on a doula but post birth he is such a fan and is so glad we decided to hire her. Birthing can be pretty overwhelming and it was great to have steph on our team. She also helped with breast feeding during the early post partum which was hugely helpful.
