We had boy and girl twins in early 2019. Nathalie met with us at our house before the birth and was a great resource from then on. We had a scheduled caesarean birth with limited access, so we asked Nathalie to support us post-partum. She met us and the babies at the hospital and became a part of our lives. As first-time parents, we needed plenty of guidance and lots of help. Nathalie stepped in making sure Mom and Dad both got rest, food, even baking special breastfeeding cookies for Mom. She covered many overnights for us, giving us some time to rest and recover, particularly when Dad had to return to work and when we were getting ready for a trip. She had so many tips, about baths, baby skin care, baby products like the Baby Katan carrier she loaned us to try out that we liked so much we bought one of our own. We continued to work with Nathalie well beyond our initial plans because she was such a great support to us. We will always remember the difference she made for us as we started parenthood. We cannot recommend her too highly.
