I reached out to Janelle about a month and a half before my due date. I was wanting an all natural birth and I could tell she was very educated on the topic and I was just absorbing all the information I could. We met up and instantly I felt a great connection! We had multiple meetings before baby arrived, she was always available to me for any questions I had and was so helpful in my pregnancy. She never made me feel stupid or uncomfortable, when I had false labor she was by my side and helped me figure out what was going on. She reminded me of the positivity when I was feeling negative. She was very attentive to my emotional needs and was like a sister I could rely on! During my labor she knew what to do before I even knew what I needed, from beginning to end she was encouraging and right by my side. Even into post partum I know I have a lifelong friend who is so caring and compassionate! I could not have asked for a better doula and friend. I feel honored that I was able to have her at my birth And I highly recommend Janelle to everyone looking for a doula!
