Celia was an amazing friend & coach while I was in labor; I couldn't have done it without her. I knew I wanted (needed) a doula again for my second birth, and I chose Celia because she was a licensed massage therapist in addition to her demeanor/personality. I knew I needed two things for pain relief: a hot water bath & massage! Celia's massage techniques helped me manage labor pains & relax during and after delivery. She had a very calm demeanor and had very encouraging words of affirmation to help me handle the painful contractions. She's had great communication throughout the pregnancy and even now postpartum checking in on me. I'm so grateful to have had her by my side during this time!
