Jen was a lifesaver for my family and me during the "fourth trimester" after welcoming our second daughter. I had a tough time with my firstborn and experienced postpartum depression. I wanted to be proactive this time, enlisting support ahead of time. From our first meeting, I knew I could trust Jen to take good care of us. We worked with her for almost three months.
Throughout our time working with Jen, she had a remarkable knack for knowing exactly what I needed, whether that was a meal, a break or a nap. She is extremely punctual, responsible, flexible and full of energy without being at all overwhelming. She has a sixth sense with newborns and a seemingly neverending supply of patience and knowledge. Jen was also great with my three year old, helping to entertain her and provide some much-needed attention at a time she was feeling left out.
