Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for having had Liz at our labour and delivery. But even before that she was there for us during the entire prenatal period, answering all our questions, addressing our concerns and providing us with great contacts, resources and recommendations. Liz is incredibly well connected and has a wealth of information to share. On the big day, I laboured for over 30 hours. Liz never left our side, providing us with guidance, comfort and encouragement while helping us communicate our wants and needs to the medical staff. She even stayed in communication with our family members to ensure them we were ok. She truly has her heart invested in this work. I encourage all parents (experienced and new) to consider her and her team of Doulas to support your family during this life changing experience.
