She made sure I was well informed about the whole process, from pregnancy to labor to delivery and the first few weeks of newborn care. She was always available to answer my questions, responding in a timely manner. Giving birth for the first time can be scary, but thanks to Francie I felt confident that I could do this. She is not only knowledgeable but warm, funny and caring. You can tell that she genuinely loves this work. She even helped advocate for me when my original OB wasn’t giving me great treatment.
