From the moment of our first meeting with her to discuss expectations and requirements we felt an instant connection and an overall great comfort level. Jenn was also very willing to be available to me via email/phone leading up to the birth. In the last couple of weeks before I went into labor, I had a lot of questions, and Jenn was very supportive, quick to respond with advice or outside resources. She encouraged me to relax and to be patient. On the day that labor actually began, she was on stand-by throughout the day, answering questions and checking on me via text. Jenn was willing to come to us whenever we were ready to head to the hospital. Her encouraging words were very comforting, she knew exactly what I needed it when I was in intense pain. she was awesome and we highly recommend her. thanks Jenn!!
