Lauren is such an encouraging and calm doula. I was nervous about delivering my third child due to some anxiety issues, and Lauren helped me stay calm throughout my labor and delivery. While things didn’t go exactly how I had hoped, her encouragement and support helped me make decisions that enabled me to have a good experience overall. She was also great at encouraging my husband and giving him ideas on how to help me through labor. I highly recommend Lauren if you are looking for a doula for your delivery. I wish I had her at my deliveries for my other two children!!!
