And this is after months of already meeting with her to physically and mentally prepare for the birth beforehand. That whole day she picked up on the first ring whenever I had concerns, and when it was time to push she was right there holding my hand. Kiona was very valuable to me as she made me feel safe and like I had a companion for the whole ride, especially during the pushing stage. I highly recommend her.
