I was in labor for a really long time and as the contractions were getting intense she helped me with different techniques to cope with the pain. She certainly gave me the support and the courage to get thru this long labor. Without her i would have may be resorted to a C-section which I may have regretted for the rest of my life as I was determined to have a natural birth.
