My experience with Krishyon was very positive. She is one of the most kind, helpful, capable people I have ever met. She helped me in the postpartum period with baby care, when I suffered some serious health complications. She was very gentle, and cared for my newborn with great care and skill. It provided me great comfort to know he was being cared for by her.
She also provided help with some lactation challenges I had. Due to the complications I faced, I was unable to nurse the baby for an entire week. Krishyon was able to offer encouragement and advice to keep my milk supply up as much as I could, and how to re-establish it once I was feeling better.
I would recommend Krishyon to anyone looking for a doula for either labor or postpartum. Even though I did not have her as a doula for labor, she kept in touch with me and encouraged me via text and phone. I have no doubt she would be amazing in that role. She has a gentleness about her, that would be very calming and comforting in labor.
I honestly don't know how I would have made it through this whole experience without her. She was amazing, and knowing I could trust her and that my baby was well taken care of, was such a huge blessing.
