What was my childbirth?
During my chilldbirth I strongly felt comfort, defence, support, understanding and love. All that was due to the team, which accompanied me and became a part of my third birth-experience. The main person of this unique process was Olya. Dear Olya, I’m so happy that there were YOU! I’m so happy that I went through the childbirth with YOU! And I’m so glad to find a person whom I was able to entrust to such an important event in my life! Olya became and will always be the part of my birth story. We all were the real team who had the goal and clear comprehension of birth plan. Everything in my childbirth was to make it beautiful and natural- as high as possible: breathing, right positions, massage techniques, aromatherapy. But the most important of everything was CARE!
Doula is a wonderful and valuable part of our child birthing. They are our tendance and support at all the levels of birth process, at all the levels of our mind.
