Liza was our doula during pre and post partum, she provided us with useful information during our two pre-natal visits at home. Unfortunately she couldn't make it to the delivery and we had Amanda instead, who was great and made a great team with our midwife Jesse. Amanda was also qualified to provide acupuncture after delivery which helped for the tense muscles. And Liza provided a "closing of the bones" ceremony with rebozo technique at 6 weeks postpartum which was very relaxing and helpful! Overal we had a great experience with both Liza and Amanda as our doulas!
