My husband and I contacted Amanda when I was already almost 37 weeks. She quickly responded to us and we were able to work with her despite our shortened timeline. In our meetings prior to delivery Amanda was able to put my husband's anxieties about what would happen during labor at ease because he knew she would be there helping. After my water broke at night, Amanda came to join us very late at night in the hospital and stayed with us through my long labor (till the next night) and afterwards. She walked all of us through the process and helped me manage my pain and make decisions throughout the birth process. We were both very glad to have her!
