My son was born a few months ago, but I am still impressed! It was my first birth and it was wonderful even despite the strong pain of contractions. I’m very thankful to my best helper- doula Olga!! My mom’s friend recommended her to me and I trusted to her from the first meeting. We met a few times before my labor day and all the birth process were together. Olga is very sincere and friendly, she has a talent to find essential words which help and support strongly. Doula Olga is very competent in all the issues of birth. The contractions were so long and painful…and I wanted to get something anaesthetize, but Olga made me believe I could live through the pain naturally!. And I DID!! Without any medicine, the birth was absolutely natural! Of course, Olga’s massage was great and it also helped to struggle with the labor pain.
