Anne was really great! She stayed with us the entire time and her quiet confidence put my husband and I at ease. Anne was very responsive when we told her we were in labor and she followed our lead (which was great!). We initially had some ideas of how we wanted our labor to go but as it was our first time going through it, we soon found that reality looked very different than expectation. Although Anne was aware of our original birth plan from our time together beforehand, she rolled with the punches and really met us where we were at. Anne was very encouraging to my husband and helped him in supporting me through labor. A really special touch was that Anne took a few pictures (with our permission) of us meeting our son, which is one of my most prized possessions. We were so happy that Anne was there throughout our experience and we would highly recommend her!
