I am so glad I had Freya help me throughout my pregnancy and labor! I began working with Freya a few months prior to my May 2018 due date and she was such a blessing to us. She helped me with everything from pre-natal health to drafting my birth plan to installing the car seat. Her natural childbirth class helped us identify positions and massage techniques to relieve pain during the birthing process. The class and her calming presence throughout my labor helped me have the natural childbirth experience I wanted. I really appreciated that she very deliberately involved my partner and showed him how he could support me during labor.
After our son was born, Freya’s post-natal visits were everything! She came over and tidied up, helped me with some latching issues we were having and even showed me how to baby wear! Freya is so knowledgeable and supportive and I highly recommend her.
