Meeting with Arti prior to labour enabled me to plan out how I would like to be supported during labour and also provided me with great resources to further choose the best options for me and my expectations. Her help with my daughter throughout the first evening in the hospital was priceless, it served to keep my anxiety at bay about soothing my child and provided a much needed extra pair of hands to allow me to rest whenever possible.
