Asking Tia to be a part of our birth was one of the best decisions we made. At 36 weeks pregnant, we decided that a doula would be a valuable addition to our birth experience. Tia went out of her way to meet with us within our timeframe to educate and prepare us for what was to come. She was always available to answer questions and checked in with us often. She helped us prepare a birth plan and once labor began, helped us stick to it while really helping my husband and I work as a team. She suggested many positions and techniques to help our labor progress and did so in a kind and nurturing way. Tia has a confident, calming presence and provided invaluable, unwavering support to my husband and I.
