I was pleased with Christin from the get go! She was prompt at replying upon inquiry. She did Not rush though our initial phone call and was very attentive to what I had to share regarding my previous birth experiences and what I wanted from a doula. She was professional but also very sensitive to my family’s emotional and physical needs. Christin was upfront about financial obligations and what she expcected from us. Once contracts were signed she was always available as needed for questions, concerns and even a few appointments leading up to the birth of baby. On the day of baby’s arrival she was completely attentive to my family alone. She was never distracted and she was assertive at helping me stick to my birth plan. More than anything, I appreciated the balance that Christin maintained through our journey as assertive, honest and knowledgeable with loving, empathetic and open minded. Whether she was dealing with myself or my husband or a healthcare professional, Christin was able to give a well informed opinion in a loving and respectful manner So that me and my family always felt respected and those who we were interacting with throughout our birth journey felt respected. Over all, Christin provided exactly what we needed from a doula and we would highly recommend her to anyone!
