We have had Carolynn as our doula for 3 births now and she has been so helpful each time. She has a very solid and calm presence the whole time and is very knowledgeable. She is super friendly and kind but also is not afraid to be the "take charge" person to help you get back on track during labor or to change what you are doing to help things along. She also is really good at listening to concerns and answering questions no matter how small :) I highly recommend her.
