Caroline was an invaluable help to us with the arrival of our daughter. We experienced an unexpected c-section, low infant weight, and difficulties with nursing. Caroline was able to help and guide us with calm, confidence and care. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of infant care, helped us make our home routine more efficient and enjoyable, and guided us on questions and concerns to raise with our doctors. She not only provided great physical support (baby care, household management, etc.), but friendly and non-judgmental emotional support when things got really rough. She worked with our hectic schedule (and busy household including two boys, a cat, a dog, and a lot of visitors) and always arrived promptly and with a smile.
