We were on the fence as to whether to bring a doula onto the journey of child birth.
Having only had one friend mention using a doula for their childbirth, we didn’t know if it was important and valuable Having had Ana’s help before, during and after birth we are so happy we found her.
She helped us make the most informed decisions at each step of the way and made our delivery go so much smoother.
The longer visits before and after birth at home are nice to have deeper discussions than what are possible in the shorter midwife or doctor office visits. We also appreciated some of the alternative approaches from western medicines that Ana could suggest to help with several conditions that came up.
