Bethany was a great doula! She helped me get through the experience of having a baby while my husband was deployed. I did not have any pain medicaion and had a 9ib baby so it wasn't easy but Bethany really helped me realize that I could get through it. It was quite an emotional roller coaster and Bethany talked me through the birth process. Bethany also helped me deal with the postpartum issues. Overall I would say having Bethany as my Doula was amazing and I feel like I would not have gotten through the past months without her.
