Her approach was incredibly gentle but confident and it seemed as though she was there to take care of me as much as the baby. She provided invaluable sleep advice for both the baby and toddler and helped me develop routines and a schedule for them both. Prior to working together, I would often get 2-4 hours of sleep a night. Implementing her suggestions and ideas immediately brought that up to 6-7 hours.
