We took a childbirth review class with Ursula, as we had previously taken the longer childbirth class. Ursula provided a very refreshing and informative overview of the childbirth process, discussing strategies for pain management, signs of labor, strategies for self-care, and pre- and post-partum health. As always, the services Ursuala provides were incredibly helpful. She has a passion for the material, and a deep knowledge about childbirth.
