Carolynn was recommended to us by many friends. We met with her and took an birthing preparation class from her. As we got to know her, we knew she was the right fit for us. Carolynn is very knowledgeable and experienced. She offered advice to me throughout my pregnancy, and when the day arrived, she was a fabulous support person for my husband and me. During labor she helped me to remain calm (as much as possible) and offered support when I had questions or concerns about how my labor was progressing. She also offered my husband, who had no idea how to support me in that situation, advice on how to best support me. After birth, when my hormones were going crazy, she offered me support many times when I became a frantic new mom. We will definitely recommend her to others seeking the support of a Doula. She played a very special part in the birth story of our first daughter!
