Working with Jenn as our doula was one of the best decisions we could have made. During my pregnancy and LONG early labor, Jenn was a source of support and unbiased information. As a natural worrier, having Jenn as a resource was a great comfort. Unfortunately, our baby girl had plans of her own, and Jenn was not with us during the actual delivery, but her partner stepped in seamlessly. The classes we took with Jenn (childbirth, breastfeeding, CPR) prepared us for the birth experience, and when we were faced with junctures during delivery and medical decisions, we felt calm and confident. Jenn also provided us with placenta encapsulation services, and had been available to us post-partum. As first time parents far away from family, this kind of support has been given us so much peace of mind.
