With my firstborn I ended up (with what I think was an unnecessary) c section. I was bound and determined to have a VBAC and it was recommended to me to find a doula. And I am so glad I found Chris.
She is supportive of any and all of your personal preferences for your birth. She is understanding, caring, compassionate. Words just don’t do her justice, you need to meet her and talk with her to truly understand how amazing she is.
During my second labor I would have given up if it wasn’t for her. She pushed me to be brave and strong, and to remember my goals. She has a bag of tricks to make labor way more comfortable. Hind sight it 20/20.. I wish I had her the first time around!
She only takes on one person per month which was also a huge relief for me, I didn’t want to go into labor and end up with someone else. So you know she is the one that will be by your side.
I achieved my dream birth and I credit so much of it to Chris. Thank you for everything Chris, I am so grateful for you!
