Everyone needs a DOULA! Being first time parents there were a lot of emotions and questions about pregnancy, birth, and just the whole process that Rushawn and myself had. Agape Doula Danielle Lugrand was literally on call for us 24/7 answering questions, helping, and educating us on everything we needed to know and more. She evens comes to your house for wonderful prenatal and postpartum massages!
We can honestly say we personally felt more confident, prepared, and motivated with her by our side to help bring our baby girl in the world. She is just as much here for my husband as she is for me. It has been a blessing to have someone to talk to about not only our overall health, but our mental and emotional health as well; even now in the 4th Trimester.
