Saphren is an excellent doula and I am so pleased to have chosen her to be my support throughout this journey. I can describe Saphren as kind, passionate, dedicated to her profession, reliable and easy to communicate with. I gave birth to my baby boy in November 2017 in a Vancouver hospital with a midwife. Sahren played a key support role during my labour and delivery and despite the birth process itself being more difficult and complex than anticipated, it was Saphren's experience, knowledge, calm disposition, consistent support and her ability to work well with other professionals that got me through it and helped me accomplish my personal goal of feeling empowered and not traumatized by the event. Furthermore her support before and after the birth was very helpful and appreciated. If I ever have a second pregnancy I will most certainly chose to hire Saphren again.
