My husband and I are so glad we had Jenn with us during the birth of our baby. As a first time mom hoping for an unmedicated birth, I had no idea what to expect and Jenn was instrumental in encouraging me and making me feel like I could do it even when I wasn’t so sure myself. She provided necessary support and guidance during a hospital birth in which the nurses were absent more than they were present and her encouragement and support made all the difference in helping me achieve the birth that I envisioned. My husband and I thought we’d have a doula for our first birth only because we thought there probably wouldn’t be a need the second time around, but after having Jenn there, we’ll definitely give her a call for baby #2! We couldn’t recommend her enough.
