I took Linsey's hypnobirthing class with our first pregnancy and a refresher class with our 2nd. The class was so educational and effective at relieving all concerns and fears, that we were confident and excited about the birthing process. i truly believe that because I was so relaxed and confident, that is why the birth was fast and easy. I had the same result with the birth of our second son. Linsey is full of great information and i thank her for the wonderful memories we now have of the birth of both boys. I highly recommend her as a hypnobirthing teacher and I'm certain her knowledge and great personaility would be perfect as a doula too.
