I HIGHLY recommend Kristi. She helped my wife and I out at the last minute and was an incredible support. She honoured and respected our wishes when it came to our birth plan, was extremely helpful through the whole labour and delivery, and continues to be an amazing support to our family (even 4 months after our son was born). As this was our second child I was a bit skeptical about the need for having a doula, but I'm so thankful for Kristi and that she was there for my wife and me, and wouldn't have done it any other way even if I could. Having had some experiences with a couple of other doulas in Kelowna (one of them unfortunately isn't practicing as a doula anymore cause she was great too!), I can't say enough about how amazing Kristi is or highly I recommend her.
