I feel like every new mom that doesn't have the luxury of help/family needs this service! I delivered my first child 2 weeks before my due date. My mother in law had planned to be here before my son's birth but because he came early, I was going to be alone with my new son and I had zero baby skills for over a week. I contacted Kathryn and on very short notice for doula services, and she arranged for 3 doulas to assist me for the week I was going to be alone with my new baby. All of them were wonderful in their own way (Emily, Taryn & Chris). I learned so much from each of them and appreciated their different methods, expertise and advice. I think I'm going to give doula services to new parents from now on because it really is the most valuable lasting gift you can provide them.
