She was there from start to end, and for my first child, that meant she was with me for almost 36 hours! Not only was she a calming presence for me, but also for my husband. Rachel empowered me and really helped remind me to breathe. She really made the whole experience such a pleasant one. She also followed up with me after each birth, to check on me and baby, which I found very helpful. I would highly recommend Rachel to be your doula.
