Stefanie is simply awesome all around. My husband and I are incredibly grateful that she was there to support us throughout the birth process.
We thoroughly enjoyed our at-home visits-- she is a wealth of information and was able to get my husband to not only pay attention but actually be interested in what we were learning! The sessions were helpful for us both so we had an idea of what to expect and how we could support each other throughout. I was able to relax the last several weeks of pregnancy knowing that Stefanie had helped me prepare for birth and that she was there if anything came up.
When the big day arrived, Stefanie met us at the hospital and brought a much needed energy to the labor and delivery room the moment she walked in (despite the fact it was 4 in the morning)! She helped me feel comfortable with the decisions I made during labor and helped me through some frightening situations that arose with the baby. The photos she took during delivery and shortly after captured many wonderful moments I never want to forget.
Overall, Stefanie was great fun, a wonderful support, and the perfect encouragement we needed to approach our baby's birth with confidence and a sense of calm I didn't know was possible for childbirth! She provided exactly what we needed when we needed it.
