As I was planning the birth of my first child, I knew I wanted to ingest my placenta, but I wasn't completely sure in what form. After speaking with Annie about it, I decided that encapsulating it was my best bet. She agreed to come to my home and do the encapsulation once I was home from the hospital. The day after I got home, Annie came over and dehydrated/ground my placenta to make it ready for encapsulation.
