Having Pascaline as a doula was an amazing experience. She ensured we had all the information my husband and I required during pregnancy, labour, and postpartum. Her home visits were extremely informative and she often left us books, or physical things that would help me during my pregnancy and labour (ex: exercise ball). During labour, Pascaline was able to provide pain reduction techniques, as well as maintain a calm atmoshere in the hospital room, as well as a supportive voice and kind friend during delivery, as well as throughout our week-long hospital stay afterwards. She brought tea, chocolate and fruit! I can't imagine having done this without her, and it's impossible to put it into words. She is extremely gentle, kind and well-prepared to answer any questions or help you deal with any situations as they arise. My husband and I both HIGHLY recommend her services, especially to any first time mom's (like myself).
