Stacy is an amazing doula!! I am a first time mom at age 36. She was great. Answered all my questions up front about having a doula. She met with my husband and I and supported and encouraged him in his role as father and her role as doula and how they would work together to be the BEST support for me while in pregnancy and labor. Leading up to the birth, Stacy was always available via phone, texting back and forth with suggestions, answers, and calming words of encouragement. During labor, she brought along essential oils to assist in having a calming environment with a diffuser. One of the most amazing things I remember was her massaging and use of pepperment oil! The massaging was so important in helping me be as comfortable as possible during contractions. The pepperment oil was AMAZING! she dabbed it on my neck and there was an instant cooling effect when I was getting very warm from standing and swaying and moving during contractions. She helped my husband feel at ease during the entire labor and delivery. She took amazing photos of the labor, birth, and special time righ afterward. My obgyn was very impressed with her ability to work within the OB team at the hospital. She was supportive and informative while also encouraging me to have the birth experience we desired. Stacy has a passion to help pregnant and laboring mom's have the best experience possible. She is so supportive and encouraging and very knowledgeable in her specialty! She is worth her weight in gold! She came for the post-partum visit and demonstrated infant massage. Words can not express how grateful and wonderul my birth experience was with Stacy as our doula! She loves what she does, is generous and caring and will go the extra mile to assist in whatever way she can. She is a blessing from the Lord!
