Together we were able to draft a birth plan that fit my needs and create a plan for helping me to successfully achieve the unmedicated hospital birth that I so wanted. Jen approaches her role as a doula in a parent-centered and collaborative manner. Not only did she support me and my husband in our birth experience, she also supported our family unit in a systemic and holistic manner both during pregnancy and during the early postpartum weeks. Jen has been a gentle, competent and professional support throughout this entire process and I am forever grateful for her role in the birth of our son.
