I found Jenn from the website and called her right away. Me and my husband met her and went to the detail and decided that we would go with her services. Jen is very professional, intelligent and knowledgeable. She is so kind and very supportive. This is my first child so I didn't know what would happen. Jen came to our home and went to all the details, what to expect when I'm in labor, how to manage pain, what would be the next steps, what the options are during the labour and after delivery. She explained the processes in deep detail with all technical term but made it so simple to understand. Jen is very organized and professional. She gave us choose what our plans and preferences are. My plan was to deliver natually without epidurul and Jen was very supportive. It took me 22 hours in labor and Jen was there all the time to support. She is very patient and told me to relax and tried to use all possible ways to manage the pain. Jen explained me what all the options are (like epidural, etcs) and let me make decision what to do.
