I would highly recommend Jessica as a post-partum doula and lactation consultant to anyone having a baby for the first time (or second...or third...). Not only did she help ensure that breastfeeding was going smoothly, she was there to show me how to do a number of other things, such as bathing my daughter for the first time, wearing her, how to pump, etc, which led me to feel much more confident as a new mother. In addition, Jessica was available over text and phone 24/7 and always responded quickly when I had a question (even at 3am)! I received a lot of things from friends and family to help when my baby arrived, but I'd say that Jessica's presence and advice was the one thing I couldn't have lived without.
